Delivery Schedule/Charges

Delivery Schedule

Whilst most of our products are held in stock, some are sourced to order. Typical lead-times for these can vary so Contact us for lead-time information if none is available for a particular product from www.1-fuel.com

We aim to keep to lead-times and if slippage occurs you will be informed.

One-Fuel Limited will not be held liable for any consequences of late delivery times, if in any doubt please Contact us using the Contact us form at www.1-Fuel.com

Handling, Packing and Carriage Costs

www.1-fuel.com is set-up with default handling and carriage rates. Typical UK charges for fuel / bulk lubricants and fluid deliveries, as well as individual packs, are available at www.1-fuel.com

In some cases we may be able to send small items cheaper by Royal Mail (e.g. single oils/lubricants/etc.). If you would like a quote, please Contact us.

Although we do not offer it as a standard service, it may be possible to pick-up orders in exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will make a handling and attendance charge for products collected from us. However, pick-ups must be booked in advance and if you would like a quote, please Contact us.

You will be shown the cost of handling and carriage at checkout before committing to any purchase.

European Union Customers and VAT

To ship to the European Union without VAT you must Contact us beforehand with your VAT number and registered business address. Once verified, we can issue orders to the European Union without VAT being charged, however, we can only ship to verified registered business addresses.

Shipping & Returns

Subject to Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Dares) as amended, products, which prove unsuitable, may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions, products must be:

* returned within 7 days - products returned later will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* returned carriage paid - we are not liable for handling, carriage or postage costs.

* resalable - unused and in their original condition.

* complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace packaging, which has been damaged or defaced in any way).

* accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, the customer’s name and address, order reference number and reason for return.

Products sold to trade buyers being other businesses (not consumers) are not eligible for refund under these terms.

Products not previously held in stock and specially ordered for a customer or customers or manufactured to a Customers specification may not be returned and will not be refunded otherwise and unless the product(s) is defective.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are not delivered; please obtain proof of postage, and insure the value of goods for at least their invoice value, etc.

One-Fuel Limited is not responsible for any costs incurred by customers in receiving, handling and / or returning goods.

One-Fuel Limited shall not provide products on a trial basis. Any discrepancies between orders and deliveries must be reported at the time of delivery to the delivery agent and reported independent to us within 3 days thereafter.

One-Fuel Limited cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues or accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how incurred.
